Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 devil's food cake mix, 1 c. pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1/2 c. oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place pecans and coconut in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Pour on top cake mix down center.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
