Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 box german chocolate cake, 8 oz. soft cream cheese and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle nuts over coconut.
Mix German chocolate cake according to directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix cream cheese and margarine.
Pour (spoon) powdered sugar over cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
This recipe will serve 12 people.
