Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 c. coconut and 1 stick butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In 9 x 13-inch pan put nuts and coconut on bottom of pan and spread evenly.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt oleo and cream cheese in microwave or low heat in pan.
When melted, mix in powdered sugar; should be pretty thick.
Spoon all over cake mix; do not spread out.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
You don't have to ice cake unless you want to.
