Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box cake mix (your choice), 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of the pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box, then pour over coconut and pecans.
Stir together margarine, confectioners sugar and softened cream cheese.
Spread evenly over cake.
Seal to sides of pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
