Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, 1 stick softened oleo, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 german chocolate cake mix and 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese; set aside. Mix
Together and set aside the cake mix, just like on the box. Place

And coconut
In the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour
Cake mix over this and add sugar mixture by teaspoonfuls all over

For 45 minutes or until done to touch.
