Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix (pillsbury plus), 1 box powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan with butter (very heavily). Sprinkle pecans and coconut in pan.
Mix cake mix as usual.
Add sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla to cake mix.
Mix and pour in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool.
