Mix cake mix according to directions.
Flour and grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put coconut and nuts in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and oleo; spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
