Thoroughly combine corn meal, brown sugar, salt, boiling water and oil.
Cool to lukewarm.
Soften yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Stir into corn meal mixture.
Add whole wheat and rye flour.

Stir in all purpose flour to make moderately stiff dough.
Knead.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
