E-Z Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck, 3/4 pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
