Dynamite Potatoes
Dynamite Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with medium to large potatoes, bay leaf, butter or margarine, cream of chicken soup and c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook potatoes in jacket with bay leaf.
Cool completely.
Peel and grate.
Melt butter and add to can of cream of chicken soup. Mix until smooth.
Add sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese (reserve 1/2 cup), onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
The last 15 minutes, top with 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
