"Dynamite"
"Dynamite" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. italian sausage, 2 medium bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips, 3 to 4 medium onions, cut lengthwise, then sliced and 6 cloves garlic, minced or pressed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove sausage from casing.
Brown hamburger and sausage; drain grease.
Fry peppers, onion and garlic until peppers soften and onions are clear.
Combine these ingredients along with kitchen ready tomatoes in a large pot.
Add Tabasco sauce and pepper to taste.
Simmer over low heat, covered, for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Serve on torpedo rolls.
