Dutch Potato Filling
Dutch Potato Filling is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1/2 c. hot water, 4 c. mashed potatoes, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
Place mashed potatoes in large bowl.
Add slightly beaten eggs, bouillon cube mixture, onion, salt, pepper and parsley; blend well.
Place in a 1-quart greased casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven with chicken, or until browned on top.
