Dutch Crumb Cake
Dutch Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour or bisquick, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put flour, sugar and margarine in a bowl.
Cut together with 2 knives making crumbs.
Take out almost 1/2 cup crumbs and set aside.
To the rest of the flour mixture, add milk, baking powder and salt.
Mixture will be thick.
Put into a well-greased pan (8 x 8-inch).
Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
