Cream butter/margarine. Add sugar and cinnamon; beat well. Add egg yolk; beat well. Sift and add flour. Mix well. Press dough evenly unto greased cookie sheets or 12
X 15-inch pan. Brush with slightly beaten egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and pecans. Bake 30-35 minutes at 300Β°. Cut into squares while warm.
