Dutch Babies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. flour and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Put 9 to 10-inch ovenproof pan or skillet into oven to preheat.
Melt butter in pan or skillet as it heats.
Mix together and beat until no lumps remain the eggs, milk, flour and salt.
Pour into preheated pan or skillet.
Cook 20 minutes.
Serve immediately with syrup, jam, whatever.
Dutch Baby should be puffed and slightly brown on top.
