Dudley's Tea Cakes
Dudley'S Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add baking powder, vanilla, milk and flour.
Mix well.
Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet; flatten with fingers.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown around edges. Cookies are better if they are not brown on top.
Yields about 4 1/2 dozen.
