Dry Bean Soup
Dry Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. mixed dry beans, ham hock or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can beef broth, 1 can tomato sauce and 1 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash beans, place in large kettle, cover with water; add 2 tablespoons salt and soak overnight.
Drain.
Add 2 quarts water, ham hock or ground beef which has been browned and fat removed. Cook all day in crockpot or simmer on low heat in kettle.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes.
