Mix all ingredients except bread until well blended.
Cut out a large cavity in the center of the bread.
Put the piece of bread that was cut out to the side.
Fill the cavity with the cream cheese mixture.
Place the loaf of bread with the cream cheese mixture into a preheated 350Β° oven.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and place on serving tray.
Cut up the bread that was put to the side into dipping-size cubes.
Place these cubes around the loaf of bread.
