Dried Beef Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small jar armour dried beef, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. accent and 3 to 4 green onions with part green tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop beef in blender.
Save out 1/4 cup to roll ball in.
Chop onions and mix with beef, cheese and salt.
Form ball and roll in beef.
Store in refrigerator.
Better the longer you store it. Serve on Ritz crackers.
