Dreamy Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls
Dreamy Cinnamon Breakfast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer) box french vanilla cake mix, 5 1/2 to 6 c. plain flour, 2 pkg. yeast, 1 tsp. salt and 2 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix cake as directed on box.
Add 2 cups flour.
Beat 3 minutes with mixer, then stir in as much of the remaining flour with wooden spoon.
Knead on floured board about 3 minutes.
Place in large greased bowl.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down and divide in half.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Roll each half and spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Cut in 1-inch pieces.
Place in two 13 x 9-inch pans.
