Dreamy Apricot Salad
Dreamy Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello, 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. water, 2 jars apricot baby food and 20 oz. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine jello, sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until jello and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat. Stir in baby apricots and pineapple.
Let stand until cool.
Beat condensed milk and cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
Stir in jello mixture and nuts.
Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Chill overnight.
Serve with whipped topping.
