Dreamy Apricot Salad
Dreamy Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar apricot baby food, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 15 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine gelatin, sugar and 2/3 cup water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, add fruit and cool.
Beat cream cheese and Eagle Brand until smooth.
Combine with gelatin and pecans.
Mix well, pour into mold or 9-inch square Pyrex dish.
Serves 16 people. Serve on lettuce leaf.
