Measure and pour ingredients into a large bowl as listed. Stir with wooden spoon only until blended. Be sure to scrape off bottom of bowl. Bake in grease pan (angel food cake pan, large Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans). Bake on lowest rack of oven at 325Β° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until top of cake is deep brown, shiny, with cracks forming.

Cool completely in pan, then loosen sides. Freezes well!
