Ingredients by rubbing between hands to mix until it forms raw egg if too dry and crumbly.
Roll dough 1/4-inch thick.
Cut cookies with cookie cutters.
Place on sprayed cookie sheets.
Brush with raw egg white to decorate with sugar, etc. Bake
10 to 12 minutes (less time if thinner cookies) stand 1 minute.
Remove and cool.
Keep dough not in use refrigerated and covered.
