Double Time Cherry Slices
Double Time Cherry Slices is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, at room temperature, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add the dry ingredients and spread all except 1 1/2 cups of batter in a jelly roll pan that is greased.
Add the can of cherries to the top.
Dabble the remaining 1 1/2 cups batter over the cherries. Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Drizzle thin powdered sugar frosting over the top when cool.
