Double Raspberry Mold
Double Raspberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, dash of salt, 1/4 c. jelly (any red flavor), 3 c. boiling water and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. birds eye red raspberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin, salt and jelly in boiling water.
Measure 1/2 cup and set aside.
Add frozen berries to remaining gelatin; stir until berries separate and mixture thickens.
Pour into 1-quart ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Blend reserved gelatin into sour cream; chill.
Unmold ring.
Beat cream mixture until smooth; serve in center of ring.
