Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
Double Layer Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. half and half, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 c. thawed cool whip and 1 c. milk or half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften cream cheese in microwave (30 seconds).
Mix cream cheese, tablespoon of milk and sugar until smooth.
Mix in Cool Whip.
Spread mixture on bottom of crust.
Mix milk and pudding until smooth; should be thick.
Blend in pumpkin and spices. Spread mixture on top of cheese layer.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip when served.
Garnish with nuts if desired.
