Double Good Blueberry Pie
Double Good Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. water and 4 c. blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Add water and 2 cups of blueberries.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and clear (mixture will be quite thick).
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and lemon juice. Cool.
Place remaining 2 cups raw blueberries in pie shell.
Top with cooked berry mixture.
Chill.
Serve garnished with whipped cream.
