Double Chocolate Chewies
Double Chocolate Chewies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines deluxe deep chocolate cake mix, 2 large eggs, 1/4 c. crisco oil or puritan oil, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.) and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine dry cake mix, oil and eggs in bowl; mix well (mixture will be stiff). Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts, using your hands if necessary. Pat mixture into even layer in pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.
Cut into bars.
Makes 3 dozen.
