Double Chocolate Brownies

Combine flour, soda and salt.
Set aside.
In pan, melt butter.
Add sugar and water just to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread into greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
