Double Chocolate Bars
Double Chocolate Bars is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add nuts and mix well.
Melt the margarine in a large bowl in the microwave (or on top of stove); add sugar.
Cool slightly and add beaten eggs and vanilla.
To the margarine and sugar mixture, add flour mix a small amount at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Turn dough out into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over top and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
(Do not overbake.)
Cool in pan and cut into bars. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
