Double Apple Muffins

Heat oven to 400Β°. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add apples and raisins. Stir in apple juice, oil and eggs until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pans. Serve warm.
