Dot Edge's Christmas Fruit Cake
Dot Edge'S Christmas Fruit Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham cracker crumbs, 1 jar marshmallow cream, 1 c. whipped cream (whip pet evaporated milk with sugar), 1 to 2 c. nuts (pecans) and candied cherries and other fruit and/or raisins (use as much as desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Crush graham crackers with rolling pin.
Mix all other ingredients with cracker crumbs and fold together well.
Place in pans and refrigerate 2 nights at least.
When hardened, let set out for 2 to 3 hours and it will release from mold.
