Dorothy'S Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.
In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Combine with first mixture; mix, then add pumpkin.
Grease and flour pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes for sheet cake, 35 minutes for layers (makes 2 layers).
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
