Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.

Add cream cheese (softened).

Beat well.

Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.

May be placed in refrigerator overnight, then baked for 1 hour at 350°.
