Donut
Donut is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 large size yeast cake, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt yeast in 2 cups warm water.
Add flour and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Cover and let set 1/2 hour.
Add salt and let set until double in bulk.
Batter will be soft and sticky.
Drop batter by tablespoon in hot fat at 350Β°.
Brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
Dust with 10x sugar.
