Dissolve yeast in warm milk and have shortening melted (I use cooking oil in place of shortening).
Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
Let rise 15 minutes. Work down and let rise 15 minutes. Shape into rolls and let rise another 15 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until done.
