Domino Pound Cake
Domino Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/3 c. domino sugar (granulated), 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. grated lemon rind and 2 c. (1 lb.) butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend sugar, salt, nutmeg and lemon rind in large bowl.
Cream sugar mixture and butter until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla. Blend flour into creamed mixture gradually; continue blending until mixed.
Beat eggs in mixture one at a time, beating well after each one.
When smooth, turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Let it stand in airtight container at least 24 hours before serving.
