Dolly's Hot Seafood Dip
Dolly'S Hot Seafood Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. celery, sliced, 2 medium onions, chopped, 4 to 5 drops tabasco, 2 (7 oz.) cans white tuna and 2 c. real mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Set oven at 350°.
Saute onions and celery with Tabasco until soft.
Drain tuna and shred.
Mix in mayonnaise, bread crumbs, half and half, 1 cup cheese, pepper and almonds.
Stir in onions and celery mixture, spoon into 3 to 4-quart casserole and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
Serve hot with crackers.
