Dolly's Dutch Ginger Cookies
Dolly'S Dutch Ginger Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, softened, 1/3 c. margarine, a generous 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar and sugar crystallized ginger (1/3 c. small pieces), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Sieve flour and sugar together; add butter and knead together until a ball forms, then add cut up (small pieces) ginger.
Take 1/3 of the dough and put on a floured area.
Dolly uses a small glass; I use a bottom of a salad jar (Good Seasons).
Butter your baking sheet.
Set oven in the beginning of making, 350Β°.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove at once from the baking sheet and put them on a rack to cool.
