Combine flours, milk powder, oats, cornmeal and sugar.

Cut in shortening so the mixture is crumbly.

Stir in egg.

Stir bouillon in hot water until dissolved.

Slowly add to flour mixture.

Form a dough ball and knead 5 minutes.

Divide dough in half and roll out 1/2-inch thick.

Make cutouts or 5 dozen nuggets.

Place on plate and microwave on Medium for 5 to 10 minutes, until firm and dry to touch.

Rotate plate every 2 minutes and turn shapes over when halfway done.

Cool and shapes will turn crisp as they cool.

Makes 1 1/2 dozen cutouts.
