Do Ahead Sausage Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1-1/2 lb. sausage links, cooked and cut in thirds and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Lay bread in well greased 8-1/2 x 11 inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
Arrange sausage pieces on top of cheese.
Beat eggs with 2-1/4 cups milk and mustard.
Add soup and the remaining milk.
Spoon over bread, cheese and sausage layers.
Refrigerate overnight.
Put in cold oven, turn the oven to 300° and bake for 1-1/2 hours.
