Divinity(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 egg whites, beaten very stiff, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, Karo, water and salt in large pot; bring to a boil.
Continue to boil until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped into cold water.
Very slowly pour this mixture over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.
Continue beating until thickened.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Stir well and drop onto buttered foil.
