Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. white karo syrup and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar, Karo syrup and water.
Cook until drop in water forms hard ball.
Pour hot mixture very slowly into eggs, beating constantly.
Add vanilla and chopped pecans and beat until mixture thickens.
