Divinity Candy
Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites (room temperature), 4 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. water and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook sugar, Karo, water and salt until forms hard ball in cold water and will crack on side of a cup.
Pour over egg whites which have been beaten stiff.
Add vanilla and beat in mixer until loses its shine and will hold its shape when dropped on waxed paper.
