Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. water and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saucepan over low heat, dissolve sugar, water, Karo and salt, stirring.
Without stirring, to 248Β°, firm ball stage, remove from heat and pour slowly over the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add vanilla and continue beating with mixer until mixture will hold its shape and loses its gloss.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Put a pecan half on each spoonful.
