👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cook 1 cup of sugar and water to 242° on candy thermometer. Pour slowly over egg whites.

Cook 3 cups of sugar, corn syrup, hot water, salt and cream of tartar to 252° on candy thermometer. Pour slowly over egg white mixture, beating well.

Add nuts and vanilla.

Drop on waxed paper.
