Divinity is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 egg white and vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugars and water until you can form a ball in water. When syrup is almost done, beat 1 egg white until it forms a peak. Add a pinch of salt.
Pour syrup into egg mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Beat until thick.
Drop on wax paper by spoonfuls.
