Dishpan Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 4 ingredients well in large bowl.
Mix together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and add to sugar mixture.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Dip out by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven until almost brown.
Makes 10 to 11 dozen.
