Crush cookies in blender or processor; set aside.
In medium bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
In large bowl, mix milk and instant pudding.
When pudding is set, fold in Cool Whip.
Blend the cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture.
